Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) that is tuned to the needs of E9-1-1 will be the heart of your county's Emergency Call Center. While systems by other vendors can run in cost anywhere from six to seven figures, it is our opinion that such prices are exorbitant. GenDesign will provide our Harmony™ PSAP CPE to receive 9-1-1 calls. Utilizing the power of Digium software at its core, this full-featured PSAP call center system utilizes the proven power of the commercial Asterisk soft-switch.

Our Harmony system is complaint with National Emergency Number Association (NENA) standards for Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) equipment. Plus, while we are working with your county to complete state licensing requirements for your E9-1-1 system, Harmony can provide call-back numbers and caller information using the same databases required for state sanctioned E9-1-1.
